Due to the easily transferable nature of the value of information
products, GII maintains a "no return" policy. We encourage you to exhaust every
opportunity to ensure a report meets your needs before placing an order. A table
of contents and summary are available for all of our products, and samples of
many reports can be viewed for free. Please also remember that GII has staff
available 24 hours a day to answer your questions.
Although GII endeavors to provide accurate and timely information
of publications available through its client publishers, as a provider of third
party content GII assumes no responsibility for the accuracy,
completeness, timeliness, quality or
quantity of the data provided therein. Furthermore, while GII strives to ensure the
high level of quality expected by its customers through its process of
publisher screening, GII makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding
the services and information rendered by said third parties and disclaims all
warranties, either expressed or implied.
