This IDC study presents and analyzes the Web-based results of the IDC/GameSpy Industries gaming-focused online quarterly survey that asks videogame console owners about participation in online console gaming. Respondents were queried about a variety of related topics, including broadband adoption and its relation to online gaming, amount of time spent online console gaming, favorite games, and dial-up experience acceptance, among others.
