SUMMARY
The report is devoted to investigation of current standing market of
acrylonitrile in the CIS and forecast of its development. The report includes
6 Sections, 81 pages, including 24 Tables, 21 Figures and 2 Appendices. The
report was prepared in two stages. At the first - desk study - a large number
of information sources were analyzed, including data of Federal Service of
State Statistics (Rosstat), Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS), official
domestic railage statistics of Ministry of Railways of Russia, State Customs
Service of Belarus, data of companies, the sector and regional press, annual
and quarterly repots of companies, internet-sites of company-producers and
consumers of acrylonitrile, and own InfoMine database.
At the second stage, the summarized data were verified and corrected by the
way of telephone interviews with specialists of enterprises of the sector of
interest.
The first Section of the report presents data on commercially-used technology
of acrylonitrile production, the main kinds of resources and flows of their
supplies.
The second Section is devoted to production of acrylonitrile in the CIS. For
instance, the Section presents characteristics of current standing of
acrylonitrile producers in the CIS.
The third and the fourth Sections of the report are devoted to analysis of
Russian foreign trade in acrylonitrile and level of prices on the product.
The fifth Section describes consumption of acrylonitrile in Russia. It gives
detailed analysis of structure of the consumption of acrylonitrile, supply
demand-balance of the product, review of key end-uses of acrylonitrile, as
well as description of the greatest company-consumers of the product.
The sixth Section presents forecast of development of Russian market of
acrylonitrile up to 2015.
The Appendix presents contact information on company-producers of
acrylonitrile in Russia and the main Russian consumers of acrylonitrile.
